Virginia Hearing Group
To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:
- Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
- Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
- Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.
Choose the design that best fits the client’s content.

Elaine Webber
Owner and Provider
Elaine has been with Virginia Hearing Group since 2013. She is cheerful, intelligent, and very savvy with technology. If you have a problem with your hearing aid, regardless of where you purchased it, Elaine is able to help with the problem. Our patients love her and trust her with their technology. She has helped people from all walks of life hear like they have never heard before, even those who have worn aids for years. Elaine’s passion for helping her patients is what drives her in her profession. She loves what she does and it shows.

Joseph Webber
Marketing Associate
Joe joined the Virginia Hearing Group family in March of 2016. Our patients grew to love his welcoming presence and enjoy pleasant conversations at our front desk. We quickly realized that his talents were best served in a different capacity. Although our patients dearly love and miss seeing him, his position is now our Marketing Associate. He has a passion for educating people on the effects of hearing loss, and how we can help. This is one of the first steps in the process of our patient’s better hearing journey.
